We Flung Money at It, But No Job Done: Checkatrade Fiasco.
My story with Checkatrade was a complete shambles. I hired a trader through their service to complete some essential home repairs. They looked legitimate at first, but it turned out a horrendous ordeal.
Although I paid the full amount upfront, the work was never done. Communication became impossible. It's been months, and I'm still left with unfinished repairs.
The platform itself has been useless throughout this whole process. They provided empty promises. It feels like I've been robbed.
- Stay far, far away from Checkatrade.
- Learn from my mistake.
- Let others know about this scam.
